I believe Scott Marshall recommended the Fun One by CR (760) 451-0056. Like
you I am ready to move up from an EPP Zagi slope plane to something better.
Several people recommended the Fun One because it is cheap only $70 or $80
and performs very well. I have seen several of them fly. They say if it
breaks it is easy to fix, and if you break it really bad, you can buy a Fuse
or Wing separately.

I ordered mine a while ago, it should be here any day.

Subject: [RCSE] Looking for a new slope plane

First off just to introduce myself, I'm a lurker on the list, and really
into small electrics and enjoy flying a couple of HLG's. I've just
recently gotten into sloping as I live about 30 minutes from a great
slope sight, (point of the mountain, UT) and drive by it every day on my
commute. And I've been loving flying my zagi epp and a couple of
smaller hand launch type of planes on light days, but am ready to get
something a little faster. I'm thinking of something around 60" or
smaller, to fit in my commuter car (Nissan Sentra) that I can keep on
hand if the lift is up. I've seen the mini-elipse up there a couple of
times, anyone have any other ideas, possibly more economic ones? I'm
not going for all out speed, but more of the aerobatic/speed mix. I'm
looking for something that I can get into the air relatively quickly
also.
Anyone tried the Crossfire from NSP for example? Other comments?
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
