Rick,

Regardless of your personal motor/athletic skills, application of launch
force behind the cg of <any> airplane, HL to UL is a BAD idea. It creates an
unstable flight condition and places the airframe in an awkwardly loaded
position.
With an aft of cg HL throw, as soon as you release the forward section of the
fuselage from your grip, usually the thumb and ring finger, the plane will
rotate to a high angle of attack. The problem is that this rotation occurs
while you are still applying power with your index and/or middle fingers.
This creates conditions that are very similar to pulling straight down on the
airframe. The result will eventually be a folded wing. It has nothing to do
with musculoskeletal factors/technique, it's about overloading the wing by
applying lots of force at toooo high of an angle of attack.
