Kent
I just took apart a SuperSlim8 and found what I expected. Since there are
no triple-row, right-angle, 0.1in center headers made (that I'm aware of)
Hitec used a straight triple row header on a little circuit board that
solders in at right angles to the main board in the receiver.
FMA Tetra also uses a straight row with the bottom row soldered to the
underside of the PC board and the middle and upper rows connected by
handsoldered little jumpers.
Let us know if you are successful working out an arrangement for the 555.
Personally I'm going to try out the new FMA Quantum 6 channel dual
conversion.
have fun
