Assuing this is only a rudder elevator plane, I think you could sort of turn the
throttle into a preset "switch" for the elevator by activating flaperons. Set the
airbrake mode to not move channel 1 or 5 at all, but program in a bit of elevator.
That way, when airbrake mode is on, and you move the throttle, the elevator will come
up. I've heard of some people using this technique with a rubberband attached to the
throttle stick so that it's spring loaded. Actually, now that I think of it, you
could program in a bit of channel 1 (normally meant for ailerons in flaperon mode, but
in your case, rudder) movement during airbrake too, which would give you a rudder
preset.
