Got it! I set the Aircraft Mode to 'Glid', access the 'FLP2' setting, put
switch #3 in the lower position and add elevator (ch 2). I can also use
this to add rudder(ch 1) for a dicus launch as well. When I launch, switch
#3 is down and after launch, I throw switch#3 to the middle or up position.
None of the sticks have to be handled, only switch #3.

Thanks!
Dave

turn the throttle into a preset "switch" for the elevator by activating
flaperons. Set the airbrake mode to not move channel 1 or 5 at all, but
program in a bit of elevator. That way, when airbrake mode is on, and you
move the throttle, the elevator will come up. I've heard of some people
using this technique with a rubberband attached to the throttle stick so
that it's spring loaded. Actually, now that I think of it, you could
program in a bit of channel 1 (normally meant for ailerons in flaperon mode,
but in your case, rudder) movement during airbrake too, which would give
you a rudder preset.
