Ive about got my new/old Thermal Eagle finished. Have a couple of questions. Many have said it may be a better slope plane than thermal as it is pretty fast. It looks to me it has a thinned RG15 so this may be true. If it is a pretty fast sloper my next two questions are: How much ballast will it take/have people put in it before you risk blowing the wings off(say 15-25MPH winds)? Where do you ballast it-fuse or wings? Plans show optional ballast tubes in wings. Any answers/ideas would be appreciated.
