[RCSE] Bungee launching

Has anyone ever measured the pull a bungee is normally exerting at 
launch when launching different planes?

Or a high start?  

I'm trying to not over engineer a tow hook on a DAW Mustang.

Has anyone Hi-started a foamie combat plane?  Details please.
