Fast and ugly- CA the crap out of the damaged area. Get rid of the liquid
inside a beer can and carefully cut the top and bottom off. Wrap the can
around the leading edge and tape it on. My millennium is flying great with 4
beer cans on the leading edge.
If you have time option number two is cut the entire damaged area out and
glue in a foam block. Put masking tape on the good part of the wing and
block sand the foam to shape. Glass over the new foam with 2 layers of
cloth.
