Well we had what I believe was the first ever F3f in Kansas at lake Wilson this weekend. We had allot of fun and I saw a big improvement in my times and flying. Greg at slopeflyer.com should have the results and pictures soon. The winds today were just under 40 mph so the lift was great but it was gusty and a little hard to hold a good line. I was just flying my 60" DS plane "crunchy" but was able to get a time of 78 sec. The next heat my wing folded at some damage from a DS crash while I was preparing to launch. I flew any how but if I gave it much down elevator the right wing would bend down about 5 deg. After we were done we went over to the dam and killed a few planes DSing. This included blowing the damaged wing off during the first pass on my crunchy and folding the wing of my foamy on its second pass. All in all we flew and crashed hard and had a good time. Thanks to all that flew and helped. I will now have to start planning the next Kansas F3f. Some of you seasoned professionals should come out here and show us how it is done. Mike
