I will second the opinion that you need to keep the nose down.  I 
have not ROG'd but used to regularly winch up a LS-4 and it would 
ALWAYS over rotate and drag the tail for a second or two.  When it's 
dragging the tail, you have to stand on the pedal which never gave me 
a big warm and fuzzy.  

Don't be afraid to though, and it's easier with two people... I'd 
launch it like a cross country ship... one person with the pedal and 
controls and the other throws aircraft carefully with the right 
attitude.
