i have been using a pair of 3.0v energizer "123" Lithium camera batteries for my Red Herring SAL glider since about Feb/March and after approx. 50-75 estimated hours in the air, they finally petered out! I'm completely happy with my $9 cost, especially since i didn't have to crack open the plane every couple of flights to charge it!
