That's a bad one, sir - I think that's tied to the Nigerian email scams, and
they're a very bad group to get involved with (some of the other scams
involve helping them get money out of the country for an absurdly large
amount of money).
People that actually respond to them have been ripped off for thousands, harrassed; and for those dumb enough to actually MEET with the scammers, kidnapped or killed. Check out ths Wired article for details:
