Take a serious look at the new Royal EVO...There's a LOT of bang there for the buck and I don't know of all that many people, in any flying discipline ,that can "outfly" the radio, meaning that the radio is their limiting factor. Another good radio to look at is the Airtronics Stylus.

Subject: [RCSE] What's a good radio for sailplanes?

All:

I want to upgrade one or two of my radios and flight packs from the older Futaba Attack series of radios.  What are some good radios to select?  I’m looking for 4- to 6-channel systems, and I suppose I need to move up to computer radios to allow control mixing, although I’m not set on computer radios.  I’m also not set on Futaba, although I have a fair amount of Futaba equipment.

Thanks!
