Several people asked me for a picture of the workbench that Capn' Jack built, so I put one up on my web site at:

Probably good to take a picture of it now, the last time it will be pristine, and rarely will it be empty like this. 8-)

Capn' Jack and Karen stopped by this evening to exchange holiday gifts and to go out to dinner with Rae and I this evening, and they brought me the coolest gift!

When I went out to Jack's truck in the back was 3 preassembled parts of a workbench, with a big red ribbon on it.

Jack made me a custom workbench that is basically a 8 x 3.5 surface that sits atop 6 4x4's on casters that I can roll around my huge basement shop. I have always been very week in the workbench dept. in my shop, and now I have a really nice one!!! 8-)

A new surface to put a project on, I can't wait!!!
