Cool Jim,

     Keep the top nice by screwing a piece of .25" tempered hardboard to it.
When the hardboard get nasty with glue or razor marks from cutting on it,
just replace the hardboard. The regular hardboard is with the sheet goods
(plywood), the good stuff is usually with the cheep interior paneling. Works
great and you get a new top every once in a while.
