Urban legend has it that the dump site here in Dayton has been used by the fliers in our club in the past (I say urban legend because they've not gotten me out there yet).
The issue that they face here is dumping - the site is very protective of its land due to the fines from dumping by unauth'd users. I guess the site here was fined heavily for dumping done on its site after hours. Our guys got permission and had to be buzzed in and out, but the company was pretty open to them using the site.
