You might consider a less rigid, flexible bonding system, something like the 
PFM from the hobby-lobby catalog or the silicone-like flexible glue Bob 
Violett sells, I think it's a cousin to room-temperature vulcanizing stuff... I 
think what's happening is your fuselage is flexing, oilcanning, under actual 
launch and landing loads, and the epoxy you use is so rigid, that it's shearing the 
bonds. If you can't somehow add better shock-mounting to the thing,  then 
maybe an adhesive with some flex to it will stand up better.  You might even need 
more structural bracing in the general area of the gear to deaden that 
flexing.  Or you might go to mechanical fasteners, but that's going to cause stress 
risers at the bolt holes.
