I just returned from a two week trip in europe. I picked up a sports-tube
from Kennedy Composites before I left. We went to five different countries
by air and train. I didn't have to pay any additional fees at the airport
(two different airlines) to check the tube in but was asked to open it every
time for inspection. I dragged the sport-tube through the metros (subways),
streetcars and onto buses. It was bumped around, knocked over, dropped and
just about any abuse you can imagine including the bump, bump, bump up and
down flights of stairs. Everything arrived intact and in one piece
undamaged. I have to say that I am impressed. The outside of the tube
showed extensive wear and tear but it contents arrived in perfect shape. I
guess the only negative thing I can say is everyone's eyes are on you as
they are curious of what was inside the tube. We were asked that question
countless times (or at least I think that is what they were asking). The
only other question I understood for sure (over and over again), was if
americans were going to elect Bush again and why?
My conclusion..., "the sports-tube" don't leave home without one!
