Wow,
A couple things come to mind here regarding all these "Gordy" comments I've seen over the past days as I search for constructive comments on this forum.
I'm a novice soaring pilot and just got started last year with a 2M ship and have always aspired to fly R/C gliders. So now I'm flying on my own, am a member of our local club, am not competing yet, BUT, why in the world would I want to continue down this road toward competition and spending decent money and lots of time to hang out with a bunch of guys who don't have respect enough to follow something my mother taught me long ago. "If you don't have anything nice to say about someone, don't say anything at all". Get over yourselves guys. You aren't perfect. Nobody is. Keep it to yourselves and be grown-ups. Try being a good representative of this hobby and say things that might bring people to this hobby rather than scare them away.

Ron,
Did you just come out of the womb? Gordy has been around for eons, well
almost. Do you attend big events like Visalia, SWC or other big events,
Gordy is almost always there with his wisdom, smiles and ADVICE. My guess
is you don't get out much.

PS Gordy is really OK
