According to the website, you only need Level II LSF witnesses for Level V tasks.
If that is not correct then the website needs to be corrected.

I would suggest that YOU re-read those qualifications.
THEY are on the back of the form.
I believe that what you say is true for lLevel 1 and 2, You should recheck for Level 4 thru 5...
Hopefully you have abided by those rules...

Just have to be over 21 not a relative, doesn't have to be LSF member.
Or one witness of any LSF number, who is not a relative.
