I got quite a bit of flack for posting this as I know many are Barry's friends. I was not intending to do anything more than get a response from Barry to let me know what is going on. I sympathize with the canine scenario, but even that didn't take over 2 weeks. Maybe some people can put up with a straight lie or two, but I can't. In my business, when I tell a customer to expect something and it doesn't come to fruition, I know I better get on the the horn to let them know. No excuses. And never, never would I tell them something that I don't know if I can deliver or not. I've learn that mistakes will happen, but it's how we handle it that tells people if we care.   If my posting hurt's Barry's business, I apologize. BUT IT IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH. Well not quite. I had ordered Mar 22, not just 2 weeks ago. Was told I should receive last week. That is all I expect. My 2 calls that got through to him have been very very polite and full of understanding. My 10 other calls went unanswered.    When I get no response, I feel like maybe because I am not in the circle of friends, I am insignificant to deal with. If that is so, do not do business with me. He doesn't have to deal with me. But by accepting my money, he has agreed to, whether he knows it or not, to at least acknowledge me as a customer. Am I wrong to ask this? May be so, but I have paid my funds and do come to expect at least some common courtesy. Or am I in the wrong business? Maybe I should start in the hobby. Take the orders, collect the funds, and ship at my convenience. Oh, and maybe take care of close friends first.   I do regret having to post this as I got some idiotic responses, but alas, it has gotten results. I got a call from Barry tonight to tell me all have been packed and will ship out tomorrow. If it is so, I will write and post for all that he came through, even if a little late.   And to the bone head who told me to get a Gentle Lady ARF as I seem like a newbie, my AMA is 327694, what's yours? BTW I have a Full House Topaz for sale, send me the money and I will have it out "tomorrow" :).   Regards, Tuan Le
