I have used Airtronics 94141s at flap on many ships over the years with great success. I have even replaced Volz micromaxs in one of my Heras and think the 141 worked better although. The newer Volz servos are probably better. The only problem with 141s that I ever encountered was an axle hogging out the case causing slop (after a LONG time) but this is easily remedied with a new case replacement (cheap).
If you DO use digitals, use ALL digitals: Mixing analog and digitals might not be a good idea, but you could probably get an argument to the contrary. If you don't need thin servos, the 94141s are as good as any other servo available for flap, or any other surface for that matter.
