Mark Navarre (aka gliderscum, Oscar Delta) was killed while flying his sailplane in the Sierra Mountains on Sunday. The details of the crash are not known to me. I know many of you in So. California knew Mark and his wife, so I thought it was appropriate to notify those of you who knew him while he was actively flying R/C sailplanes. My condolences go out to his wife and family.
