Tom,

We try a range of things including instructional 
sessions (thermaling basics, flying techniques, RC 
system maintenance) all with some kind of visual 
support via PC and a projector. We also show 
interesting video clips from other clubs and 
individuals - this really helps with covering diverse 
subject and introducing new types of flying, such as 
electric-launched scale sailplanes.

Construction technique demos are also popular.
