Hey now,
I recently was given a Millenium that had both tips dog eared. I'd
never done a moldie before so I was a bit unsure. I ended up running a
piece of carbon tube in through the aileron gap out to the tip ans CAed it
in place. A little drizzle of CA on the surface cracks followed by some
careful sanding and a thin layer of light glass cloth, more sanding, and a
drop of paint. Stronger than ever and looks pretty good too.
The glass cloth etc is mostly just cosmetic the carbon tube made it flight
ready, give it a shot...

I'd offer to do it for you but really I'm just a duffer myself, still if
you're really not up for it I could prolly give it a go, but there must be
better folk than me.
