Generally it's best to close issues and open new ones when the original issue is solved and a new issue arises[1]. You need to figure out what "Sugar" he's running to narrow down the problem space. You also need to: 1) search in the SugarLabs bugtracker to see if this issue has come up before in Sugar 2) search in the Fedora bugtracker to see if this issue has come up before in Fedora Martin 1. That way people aren't confronted with an issue called "Sugar doesn't boot" with a "the wireless UI is bad" issue buried _in_the_middle_ (not the end, or the beginning). It takes a non-trivial amount of time to find the real, open issue and that 1) delays answering; 2) deters people who might help, say by spending that non-trivial amount of time search dev.laptop.org or bugzilla.redhat.com for reports of the exact same symptoms: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=502270 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=500212 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=474491 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=523029
