has created a new way to get back and forth from San Francisco, which it
bills a "moving hotel". The company says its moving hotels--luxury sleeper
buses with a lounge, Wi-Fi, and bathrooms--will allow users to check in at

start at $115 to "fall asleep in San Francisco and wake up in Los Angeles."
Cabin said it has just received $3.3M in seed financing for the service,
led by Founders Fund's FF Angel with participation from SV Angel,
Floodgate, Box Group, Brainchild Holdings, Justin Rosenstein, StartX, FJ
Labs, and 1517 Fund.

TCVN. Intellectual property is becoming increasingly important when it
comes to business valuation as well as success – especially for tech

property portfolio, generally) conveys a high degree of technical and
commercial sophistication to potential investors, customers, competitors,
and licensees. It also proves that you value investment in research and
development and are prepared to take appropriate steps to protect those
investments. This presentation will provide an introduction to
intellectual property generally (including patents, trademarks, copyright
and trade secrets), as well as related issues to keep in mind, so that you
will be better equipped to identify and protect your intellectual property
in a timely manner, both in the U.S. and abroad. See
