said this morning that it has named a new VP at the company. According to
the company, it has named Sean Kiernan as Senior Vice President of
Development. Kiernan previously served at such companies as ReNew Power,
InterGen, Fotowatio Renewable Ventures, SunEdison, and Engie Storage, and

A new, Los Angeles-based startup, AvantStay announced on Wednesday that it
has raised $20M in its Series A funding round, to provide affordable,
high-end short term rentals to groups to market. The company said the
funding was led by 3L Capital, and also included Bullpen Capital,
Convivialite Ventures, F-Prime Capital, Zeno Ventures and Olympian Shaun
White. AvantStay was co-founded by Sean Breuner and Reuben Doetsch.

league for high schoolers, has raised $50M more in a Series C funding
round. According to the company, the funding was led by NEA, and also
included Battery Ventures, Sapphire Sport, plus angels Dick Costolo and
Adam Bain (01 Advisors), Michael Zeisser, Dennis Phelps (IVP) and Michael

Series A funding round, the company announced this morning. According to
