The company said the funding round was led by Halcyon Venture Partners, and also included the USC Viterbi School of Engineering Venture Fund, Halcyon Angels, and RevFund. According to AuditBoard, it will be acquired by Hg, an investor in complianec, risk, and accounting software. AuditBoard says it now has more than 2,000 enterprise customers. The company's biggest investor is Battery Ventures, and the company said it last received funding back in 2018.
