<https://www.rentspree.com>* says it has signed up the Houston Association
of REALTORS, the second largest local real estate association in Texas.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. RentSpree said it wil
provide its rental tools to the 48,000 subscribers of the Houston multiple

*Cue Health Files For Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, To Shut Down*

San Diego-based healthcare technology company *Cue Health* said late
Tuesday that is has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and plans to "wind
down" its business. According to the company, the move comes after it
failed to locate additional financing or "effect a strategic transaction".
The company was listed on the Nasdaq as HLTH. Cue Health was developing

notice from the Nasdaq, warning that the company's failure to file a
quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31,2024 could
"serve as an additional basis for the delisting of the Company’s securities

Costa Mesa-based private equity investor *CerraCap Ventures* said today
that it has made a strategic investment in *OpsMX*, a provider of
continuous software development tools. Size of the investment were not
announced. OpsMx's tools are used to enforce securit rules and compliance,
mitigate risks, and more in software development. OpsMx is based in

*Startup Proposes Nuclear-Powered Carbon Offsets For Fashion*

A Los Angeles-based startup, Global Nuclear Concepts said this morning that
it is proposing to "decarbonize" fashion manufacturing, by providing carbon
emissions offsets by deploying theoretical "micro-nuclear reactors" at
clothing factories. The company was founded by Rickey Ruff. It's unclear
how soon--if ever--"micro-nuclear reactors" might be deployed anywhere in
the world. The technology has long been in development, but has yet to see

*TadHealth Takes $1.6M For School Mental Health Services*

Newport Beach-based TadHealth said this week that it has raised $1.6M in a
funding round, to go towards its mental health services in education
service. The company said the funding round was led by Halcyon Venture
Partners, and also included the USC Viterbi School of Engineering Venture
Fund, Halcyon Angels, and RevFund. Ben Greiner is the Founder and CEO of
TadHealth. The startup is an outgrowth of the startup incubator at USC's

*AuditBoard Acquired For $3 Billion*

Los Angeles-based AuditBoard, a developer of audit, risk, compliance, and
ESG management software, has agreed to be acquired by a European investor
for over $3 billion, the company said on Thursday afternoon. According to
AuditBoard, it will be acquired by Hg, an investor in complianec, risk, and
accounting software. AuditBoard says it now has more than 2,000 enterprise
customers. The company's biggest investor is Battery Ventures, and the

rolled out new, generative AI tools for its software. According to the
company, it has rolled out a product called "Genius Search" which it says
"does the work of 1,000 local marketers" to enhance a location's online

Los Angeles-based InfinitForm emerged from stealth today, saying it is
developing an AI-copilot for mechanical engineers. The company says it
received seed funding in December 2023 from Schematic Ventures. Amount of
that seed funding was not announced. The company said it developing
"extensive GPU-accelerated design simulation and optimization tools,
improved collaboration features, and an intuitive user interface." Dr.
