In a place like LA where the distances are large and traffic is bad, it
should be a ticketable offense to slow down traffic over something as
being on a damn phone.
I do 80 every chance I get and even when I'm on BT I find myself driving
more slowly when on the phone. I hate the damn things. Find someone with
40 carlengths between them and forward traffic, moving under the prevailing
limit (which is what really matters) and changing lanes in times measured
with a calendar and I'll almost guarantee they're on the damn phone.
