We use an Anritsu Site Master MS2711-A. Cost was about $3,500 about two years ago.
Not the best instrument for lab quality analysis, but VERY good for working in and
amongst LARGE crowds of people (I've carried and worked in it the crowd at a race with
200,000 spectators!)

I'm hoping to be at the Feb 26 SOCALWUG meeting - if so, I'll bring it with me, if I
can.

Can someone recommend an inexpensive spectrum analyzer for the 2.4 Ghz band?
We need one that is portable or can be installed with a laptop so that we
can conduct site surveys. Thanks!
