I have a nonprofit community technology project in the Los Angeles area. We provide computer classes for adults and seniors, and have after-school and summer programs for youth. We welcome volunteer support, accept donations of computers, and donate computers to families and individuals. In addition, we have a neighborhood wireless project in Mid-City Los Angeles.
We are Foundation for Successful Solutions-Project T.E.C.H. (FSS-Project T.E.C.H.) If you are interested and want to know more about us, please contact me at 323.687.4662, or reply directly to me via email. I could also put you in touch with similar groups if you'd like. -Karen Wade Project Director & Co-Founder > if you find out let me know too, i tracked down one > charity type thing for computers for schools > and they havent taken donations for years , since > no one had donated any warehouse space.. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "deli-x" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Sent: Tuesday, March 02, 2004 3:13 PM > Subject: [SOCALWUG] OT: IT Volunteering > > >> >> I know that this is off topic but since there are many techies here, I >> figured that I'd ask.
