[SOCALWUG] Wireless ISP in Arcadia?

I spent about 2 hours yesterday trying to find a wireless ISP we can use in Arcadia (zip 91007), and was unable to find one. Do any of you know of one there?   We are a construction company, we have a construction trailer on a site there, and I can’t get a phone line to it because (I was told anyway)  there are no free pairs on the phone trunk.    The address I was given was 400 S.
