I'm somewhat familiar with that area. Across the street you may be able to find someone that would allow you to install a good business quality SDSL (or ADSL) service (I use Speakeasy for my business).
Then use a wireless bridge to connect your trailer. Since it's a short distance, you'll probably be able to use smallish directional antennas. Once the link is up, you'll be able to use Vonage, http://www.vonage.com on the Internet for your phone lines.
