Hi Frank
I am an amateur operator WB6CIY. I have been licensed for 42 years and have
been teaching amateur radio for 25 years. After researching BPL, I believe
it won't interfere with 900 MHZ. The problems will occur between the
frequencies of 2 and 80 MHZ. A possibility exists for interference up to
144 MHZ in some cases. As the frequency increases, the noise range will
decrease. BPL is a serious problem for anyone who uses point-to point
communications in the frequencies above 2 MHZ. I strongly believe WI FI
technology can provide a better alternative than BPL.
