Anyone else noticed how the dreaded SBC "2wire" APs are intruding on the "default hotspot via open APs" model? They come out of the box with wireless on, WEP enabled, and each with different SSIDs (starting with "2Wire" and blast the #$%& out of everything around them.
We're starting to see them all over the place, and they're starting to create significant inteference problems for other network users. The only saving grace is they're mostly on channel 6, along with all the Linksys boxes. cheers, michael
