Frank,

We just completed our presentation to Fullerton. We felt that we addressed
most of their concerns - the one primarily had to deal with the mesh
backhaul operating on the 2.4ghz range sharing it with the access points.
Firetide has informed the city (depending on their timeframe requirements)
that they will be releasing a 5.4ghz (or 2.4ghz) mesh routers. This will
alleviate the 2.4ghz traffic. There is some misnomers about Firetide that
we attempted to explain - the Firetide Mesh routers only talk to themselves,
in other words, they do not *share* bandwidth the end users. The end users
are connected to the access points - and the access points are connected
(via cat-5) to the mesh router. I'll try to illustrate:

End user <---2.4ghz---> Access Point <---cat5---> Mesh Routher
<---5.4ghz---> Mesh Router <---cat5---> Backhaul (T1)

We are anticipating an answer next week around Thursday. I will clue you in
on the Firetide new product offering - which is OK with Firetide because we
have a binding NDA. Have a great weekend Frank!

Regards,

Joseph Hsieh
