One clarification: the mini pci standard states that the cards may not
consume more than 2W of power, almost all wireless cards state that they
comply with the mini pci standard -- if this does not clarifying the
issue, please ask someone else to clarify it for you.
I find it interesting that you
a) won't re-run your experiment
b) won't quote the current consumption spec of the microtik cards.
