Hi
I am much more concerned about "forward compatibility", i.e. being able
to compile using the latest compiler and latest C++ version. I.e. it is
more important to know that we can compile with gcc 10/11 in c++20 mode
(not using c++20 features but handling all warnings) and gcc 13 (or
whatever) in c++23 mode a few years down the road. Thus supporting the
active compilers that are no more than 3-4 years old is fine.
And thanks very much for your effort in keeping this project alive.
