I certainly think you should be selective though you've been doing this
long enough I don't think we need to go through a very lengthy process for
it. I would be happy with either a notification to the list or a short
window to wait for objections (I'm thinking an hour or two at most). In the
end more content like this could be very useful on the handles and removing
some barriers to doing so for appropriate content and people who we know to
be selective in when/how they do it is a very low hanging fruit way to do
it :).
