I just looked these up and they look NOTHING like different window managers. I can see Windows Explorer (Windows' window manager) running in all instances. Really, changing the window decoration, or how they behave, is not the same thing as being a window manager. At best, they are a combination of themes with add-on programs. But nothing at all like being the program that actually talkes to the x server to draw the windows themselves.
