Bantu languages are a good example of this.

Consider, "andiyakuhambani"
I am not walking.

"a-" 
"ndi-"  I (Class one personal pronoun)
"-ku-"  ( present tense indicator )
"hamba"  walk
"-ani" (Negatory suffix )

I've forgotten the correct term for all those parts of speech.  :(

Each of those prefixes,suffixes, and Concords changes according to the
class that the object noun is in.
