hi

its a security thing--cant talk about it. for the federales.

i need to save it in .doc to allow for others in the IT department to make
mods from time to time as im writer and editor. everyone in the department
will make changes and i need to clean them up on the fly. but a PDF sounds
good for the internal website--if i can figure that all out!!

thanks

kip

Hello Kipster,

good luck for this work! Is it possible to know the topic of this book?
May I know why you should save your document in .doc ? Why not exporting it
under pdf if your editor is not keen on experimenting with new formats?

Best,
