None of the persons listed above have been restricted in terms of moderation. The list settings should have always passed their messages through automatically. The Topica software seems to be erratic. Several days ago I stopped receiving Topica messages to the account I have used to moderate [EMAIL PROTECTED] . I send test messages directly to that account and it does receive messages at least from some senders. Since I am for whatever reason unable to receive messages or notices from Tropica to that account, I have for the time being turned moderation off. Wally informed me a few days ago that Victor is not receiving list messages. Topica reports that his address was "bouncing" so it suspended the transmission of messages to him. Today Topica reports that not only is Victor's address is "bouncing" but also an address of mine is "bouncing." That address is from the same provider as my moderator address. ***>The following subscribers are no longer receiving messages because their email addresses are unreachable. Topica disables a subscriber address due to a "hard bounce" --invalid or permanently unreachable, or a "soft bounce" --unreachable for consecutive days or messages. "Times Disabled" tells you how many times this address has been disabled due to either hard or soft bouncing. Click on the email address to see the reason for the last bounce, as recorded by our mail delivery system. If this list has more bouncing addresses than can be shown on this page, you can delete/re-enable all bounces for the entire list by scrolling to the bottom of this page.
