ಸರ್, ನನಗೆ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಕಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಗೊತ್ತಿರುವಂತೆ 1 ರಿಂದ 8ನೇ ತರಗತಿವರೆಗೆ ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಮಟ್ಟ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೂಡಾ 9ನೇ ತರಗತಿವರೆಗೆ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಕೆಲವು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಅದೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಗಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಅನುತ್ತೀರ್ಣ/ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿಲ್ಲ/ NC ಮಾಡಬಹುದೇ? ತಿಲಕಿದವರು ಯಾರಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದರೇ ತಿಳಿಸಿ. ಆದೇಶಗಳೇನಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಒಳಿತು...
