ಹಿಂದೂಧರ್ಮ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಧರ್ಮ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಅಂತ ಯಾವ ಬುದ್ದಿಜೀವಿಗಳೂ ಇರಲ್ಲ ಸರ್, ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸೂಕ್ತವಾತಾವರಣ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
ಇದೇ ಶಬರಿಮಲೆಯ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ದೇವರಿಂದ ಕಾಣುವ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೆವು ಆದರೆ ಕೇರಳ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದು ನಾವೇ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕೃತಕ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಎಂದು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದವರೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು ಮೋಸ ಮತ್ತು ಮೂಡನಂಬಿಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಟವೇ ಹೊರತು ಧರ್ಮದ ವಿರುದ್ದವಲ್ಲ On 20-Apr-2016 12:51 am, "Nagaraj MK" <[email protected]> wrote: ಯಾವುದೇ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ, ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ದೃಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಡಲಾಗದು. ಸಂವಿಧಾನವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾದರೆ ಏಕೆ ಇಷ್ಟೋಂದು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾವೆ ಮೂಲ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವೇ ಇರಬೇಕಿತ್ತಲ್ಲವೆ. ಶಬರಿಮಲೆ ಪರ ವಕೀಲರಿಗೂ ವಾದಮಾಡಲು ಬರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೆನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಎದುರಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಾ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ. ಸಂವಿದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಟಿಡುತ್ತೀರೊ, ಶಬರಿಮಲೆ ದೇವಾಲಯ ಆದಿಹಿಂದಲೂ ಇದನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಇದು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ವಿಶೇಷ. ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಅಯ್ಯಪ್ಪ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಬಂದಿಸಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲ. ಶಬರಿಮಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ 10 ರಿಂದ 50 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ನಿಷೇಧವೇ ಹೋರತು ಇತರೆಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಶಬರಿಮಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಕೆತ್ತಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೇ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿದ ಮೂರ್ತಿಯು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ದರ್ಶನ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಲ್ಲ. ಕೊಡಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಹಣ್ಣುಮಗಳು ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕಾಣುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಧರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಕಡೆ ಲೋಪವೆನಿಸುವಂತಿದ್ದರೆ(ಪುರಾಣ, ಸ್ಥಳಮಹಿಮೆ ಇತರ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ) ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಕಡೆ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಸಂಗತಿಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆ. ಕ್ಷುಲ್ಲಕ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಧರ್ಮದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದನಿ ಎತ್ತಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಧರ್ಮ ನಾಶವಾಗಬಹುದು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಪರಿಹಾರವಿದೆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು, ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆಗಳು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳು, ಅದು ಹೇಗೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ನೆಡೆಸಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಮ್ಮ ಆಚರಣೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಕಾರಣವಿದ್ದರು ಎಷ್ಟೂ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬೇರೆ ಧರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹೆಣ್ಣಲ್ಲವೆ, ಅವರೂ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿಲ್ವೆ, ಅವರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ಯಾವುದೋ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾದವಲ್ಲ, ಇಡೀ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾದದ್ದು ಅದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಏಕೆ ಹೋರಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ತನಗೆ ಇಚ್ಚಿಸಿದವನಿಗೆ ಓಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಗಂಡ ಬಿಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಯಾವ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರೂ ಅವಳ ಪರ ನಿಲ್ಲಲಿಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆ ಅವಳು ಹೆಣ್ಣಲ್ಲವೆ, ತನ್ನಿಷ್ಟದಂತೆ ಮತ ಚಲಾಯಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲವೆ. ಅವರು ನಿಜವಾದ ಮಹಿಳಾಪರ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರಾಗಿದ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಹೋರಾಟಗಳಾಗಬೇಕಿತ್ತು, ಆಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಹಿಂದೂ ಧರ್ಮವಿರೋಧಿಗಳು.
