ಹಾಗೇನಿಲ್ಲ ಸರ್ . ಮೇಲ್ ನೋಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೆ . ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ನ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೆಲವು ಒಣ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಟೆಯ ಮಾತುಗಳು , ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ವಾದಗಳು , ಮನಸ್ತಾಪಗಳು ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಬೇಸರವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಚರ್ಚೆ ಯಾವಾಗಲು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ಅಂತಿಮ ಎನ್ನುವ ಧೋರಣೆ ಇರಬಾರಾದು. ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ನಾವು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು ಇನ್ನು ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷದ ನಂತರ ಹಳತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಗ ಹೊಸತರದ ಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವು ರೆಡಿಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲ, ನಾನು ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷದ ಹಿಂದೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದೇ ಅಂತಿಮ ಎನ್ನುವ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಯಾದಾಗ ಬೇಸರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವುದು ಬೇಡ ಎಂದು ಅನ್ನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಏನಂತಿರಿ ಸರ್?
