ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಪ್ರಭು ಸರ್.. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾತು ಅಕ್ಷರ ಸಹ ನಿಜ ಕೆಲವು ಸಲ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಕಲಕಿದ್ದು ನಿಜ.. ಚರ್ಚೆ ಗಳು ಸೌಹಾರ್ದ ರೀತಿಯ ಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಬೇಕು ಇತರರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಇರಬೇಕು ಚರ್ಚಾ ವಿಷಯ ನಮ್ಮ ವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ವಣ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠೆ ಬದಿಗಿಡಬೇಕು ನನೇ ನನ್ನದು ನನ್ನಿಂದಲೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು. ವಾಸ್ತವ ಅರಿಯಬೇಕು.. ಇತರರ ಭಾವಕ್ಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾವನೆಗಳು ನೋವು ನೀಡಬಾರದು.. ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದರೆ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಇಲ್ಲ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರಬೇಕು.. ಈ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯ ತಾಳ್ಮೆ ಬಹಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಾಗಬೇಕು... ಇದು ನಾನು ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡಿರುವೆ.. ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಪ್ರಭು ಸರ್ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗ್ರುಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿನ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿರಲಿ...
