I don't agree that----"kaarya nammadu, phala avara shramakke takkante". It shows our helplessness.Our efforts should always be commanding and result oriented. (again clarify that not only marks)
Manjunath sir..... By saying strong seeds I didn't mean the new comers to our schools. They come to us to learn. I strongly believe in it. And many of us do the maximum to thrive them. But inspite of our efforts they don't show any interest in learning. I agree that we are paid. That's why we work. But result shouldn't be neglected. Now I'll give a clarification that,, I didn't mean the result as marks. But the child should have potential to do something in building the nation. Otherwise what's the outcome of edn?
