I can't believe it! I bought a new cable and now it works!! What's the
probability of buying a faulty cable? Damm it, but now it works!! Thank you

FreeBSD-based; actually, thinking about it - since m0n0wall prints
to the console while booting, even if fastboot=on you'll still usually
see some output if the cable is wired correctly (readable if the speed
is correct, garbled otherwise - possible exception being if one side
is set to 115200 and the other isn't).

If it's possible to test with a multimeter, pin 2 at one side must
connect to pin 3 at the other (and vice-versa).
